Are you passionate about supporting people with a Visual Impairment to live as independently as possible? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to provide a range of services to our visually impaired client and their family.

As part of the role you will:

• Providing support with university work
• Providing activities support with children
• Providing domestic support such as shopping
• Supporting with other daily tasks

To be successful for this post:

• Excellent customer service skills; Friendly and approachable
• Possess a valid driving licence (Required)
• Knowledge of issues surrounding sensory loss (Deaf, Hard of hearing and Blind)
• Willingness to learn about issues affecting people with sensory impairment
• Excellent team working skills
