Support for employers
Employers can lack confidence in employing people with a disability and many are not aware of the Government’s Access to Work scheme, which can help meet the cost of reasonable adjustments in the workplace and cover costs such as interpreters. We can support employers in a range of ways including making recruitment processes more accessible, increasing awareness and helping employers understand Access to Work.
